In the first digital interview, we’ll get to know each other and discuss the key details. This is your chance to tell us more about yourself and address any initial questions.
INTERVIEW WITH HR & DEPARTMENT
In a second interview, we’ll meet in person. You’ll not only get to know our HR team but also representatives from the relevant department. We want to ensure that everything fits both professionally and personally.
INTRODUCTORY DAY IN THE DEPARTMENT
Experience a day in your future department. You’ll meet your team and get an insight into your tasks. This day gives you the opportunity to experience the work environment and team dynamics, helping you assess whether a long-term collaboration is a good fit.
FINAL INTERVIEW & CONTRACT CREATION
If everything aligns from both sides, we’ll hold a final conversation to clarify any remaining details. You’ll then receive a digital copy of the employment contract for review. Once you agree, the contract will be signed, marking the end of the application process and the start of your journey with us. We look forward to guiding you through this process and, hopefully, welcoming you soon as a new team member.

On your first day, you’ll start with a tour of our beautiful headquarters, guided by a colleague from the HR department. Afterward, our IT team will provide your equipment and explain everything in detail. Then, you'll meet your new colleagues in your department and get an initial overview of your tasks. In the first 30 days, you will gradually be introduced to your responsibilities and processes. We place great importance on ensuring that you integrate both professionally and socially, so you feel comfortable with us. A Meet & Greet with colleagues from various departments will also give you the opportunity to learn about all relevant workflows and connect with the teams.
